What we value

Collaboration
Solving the climate crisis is a team effort. There are no individual successes; we either all win or all lose. Let’s be the winning team.

Impact
The world urgently needs effective climate solutions. We need to mobilise resources intelligently, think flexibly, and work responsibly to realise them as quickly as possible.

Optimism
What we’re doing is exciting, planetary-level stuff. It’s intensely complex and requires deep systemic change. We are daring to do the impossible for life.

Integrity
If what we’re doing doesn’t work for climate, we’re doing it wrong. Affecting genuine systems-level change for good comes with immense responsibility.

Community
We are socially-driven and seek to lift each other up. We want to empower people to participate, grow, and thrive in the future we are building.
Learning and growth
From structured learning opportunities and expert-driven training, to professional certification, conferences, and our annual volunteer recognition award, Space4Climate is a place to realise your world-changing potential.

Commitment to wellbeing
We value your health, happiness, and enrichment in and outside of work. Enjoy generous annual leave, unlimited mental health support, hybrid and flexible work policies, and private healthcare.

Shared ownership of impact
People make companies. If you invest in our growth and success, you deserve to own a part of Space4Climate. Our Employee Share Option Plan offers you a meaningful stake in the business.

Open positions
Join our volunteer community to help inspire young people to understand and act on climate change through space and storytelling.
